This is my recipe of wet coconut chutney. It tastes great and different. I thought i should share it with you guys. This wet coconut chutney requires only few ingredients and only 5 minutes to make. So its super easy as well as tasty at the same time.

Wet coconut chutney recipe for dosa is delicious chutney. For making South Indian wet coconut chutney we need the following. Ingredients for wet coconut chutney:
Course: chutney
Cuisine: Indian, south indian
Servings: 4 people

Ingredients
  • 5 green chilies
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Pieces of half a coconut
  • ½ bowl chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 table spoon cumin seeds
Instructions
  1. First heat some oil in a pan and add chilies and garlic to it.
  2. Sauté it for two minutes on a medium flame.
  3. Remove the mixture in a grinder and add cumin seeds and coconut pieces and coriander leaves to it.
  4. Add salt to it.
  5. Grind the mixture into a smooth paste.
  6. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Recipe Notes

Our healthy and tasty coconut chutney for dosa is ready. If you want you can add some seasoning (tadka) to it. But it’s optional.
