  • 1 Red ripe tomato
  • 5 green chillies
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • pieces of half a coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 table spoon cumin seeds
  • 1 table spoon cooking oil
  1. First heat some oil in a pan and add chillies and garlic and pieces of tomato to it.
  2. Sauté it for two minutes on a medium flame.
  3. Remove the mixture in a grinder and add cumin seeds and coconut pieces to it.
  4. Grind the mixture into a smooth paste.
  5. Our healthy and tasty tomato chutney for dosa is ready.
  6. if you wan't you can add some seasoning (tadka) to it. But its optional.
