Shengdana Chutney is a popular Maharashtrian/Indian dish which is very simple and quick to make. To make Shengdana Chuntney you need only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients
  • 1 bowl Peanuts groundnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Instructions
  1. First roast the peanuts in a pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Then roast cumin seeds for 2 minutes.
  3. Take a blender and add one bowl of peanuts to it.
  4. Now add 1 tablespoon of chili powder to it.
  5. Then add 2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar.
  6. Finally add 2 teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds.
  7. Now grind the mixture into a coarse powder.
  8. If you like fine and soft powder, you can do so.
  9. The shengdana chutney is ready to enjoy.
Recipe Notes

You can serve it with lunch or dinner. If you want a wet spread like consistency you can add a little bit of curd and mix it and enjoy this shengdana chutney with Khichadi and papad(it tastes really yummy).
