How to make Sandwich Green Mint Chutney
Mint Chutney or also called green chutney is a tangy refreshing spread for applying on our sandwiches. This mint chutney is very easy to make, requires very few ingredients and can be stored for up to a week.
It looks yummy and tastes even better.
- 1 Cup Mint Pudina Leaves
- 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
- ½ a lemon
- 2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 green Chili
- First wash all the mint leaves and coriander leaves.
- Now add coriander and mint leaves to the blender.
- Then add cumin seed, salt to taste and some sugar.
- Now add green chili and some little water for the smooth texture.
- Grind it for 2 minutes.
- Add water if too thick.
Add lemon juice for tangy taste.
