How to make Sandwich Green Mint (Pudina) Chutney

Mint Chutney or also called green chutney is a tangy refreshing spread for applying on our sandwiches. This mint chutney is very easy to make, requires very few ingredients and can be stored for up to a week.

It looks yummy and tastes even better.

  • 1 Cup Mint Pudina Leaves
  • 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • ½ a lemon
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 green Chili
  • Water
  1. First wash all the mint leaves and coriander leaves.
  2. Now add coriander and mint leaves to the blender.
  3. Then add cumin seed, salt to taste and some sugar.
  4. Now add green chili and some little water for the smooth texture.
  5. Grind it for 2 minutes.
  6. Add water if too thick.
  7. Add lemon juice for tangy taste.

  8. Enjoy.
