Ingredients
  • 1 cup roasted suji/sooji/semolina/rava
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • slices of 1 banana
  • 2 table spoon ghee clarified butter
  • 2 cup heavy milk cream
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • cashew nuts kaju, raisins(kishmish), almonds(Badam) as per your preference.
Instructions
  1. STEP 1: TO MAKE PRASADACHA SHEERA YOU FIRST ADD 2 TABLESPOON OF GHEE OR CLARIFIED BUTTER TO THE PAN AND LET IT MELT. THEN ADD BANANA SLICES TO IT AND LET IT COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
  2. STEP 2: ADD SEMOLINA TO IT AND ADD FULL CREAM MILK. LET IT GET COOKED FOR 2 MINUTES, WITH THE LID ON.
  3. STEP 3: THE NEXT STEP TO MAKE PRASADACHA SHEERA(SOOJI KA HALWA) IS ADD SUGAR TO IT AND MIX WELL.
  4. STEP 4: TO MAKE PRASADACHA SHEERA(SOOJI KA HALWA) TASTE DISTINCT AND UNIQUE SPRINKLE SOME CARDAMOM POWDER ON TOP OF IT.
  5. STEP 5: THE FINAL STEP TO MAKE SOOJI KA HALWA/PRASADACH SHEERA IS TO ADD THE DRY-FRUITS LIKE RAISINS(KISHMISH), CASHEW-NUTS(KAJU) AND ALMONDS(BADAM) TO IT AND MIX WELL.
  6. FINALLY TAKE IT OUT IN A SERVING BOWL AND ENJOY THE PRASADACHA SHEERA/SOOJI KA HALWA/ BANANA AND SOOJI HALWA.
