Ingredients
  • 1 bowl coconut pieces
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Pinch of sugar
Instructions
  1. First roast the cumin seeds for 2 minutes.
  2. Now take a blender and add small pieces of coconut to it.
  3. Add salt and sugar with chili and roasted cumin seeds.
  4. Now blend it into a coarse powder.
  5. This coarse texture feels really awesome while eating.
  6. Our Dry coconut chutney is ready.

Here are few tips for making this coconut chutney.

Try using coconut that is not too dry.

A fresh coconut gives the coconut chutney a natural sweet taste and binding texture.

But this chutney cannot be stored for more than 2 to 3 days as coconut chutney will easy absorb moisture in air. So try to make less quantity and prepare it fresh whenever you crave it.

After all it takes only two minutes to prepare and tastes best when served fresh.
